These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7b7b ("7b7b", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 7b7b.club and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotional offers made available through that domain. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

7b7b reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document shall prevail only with respect to the subject matter it covers.

The games and betting products made available on the Platform are intended solely for recreational entertainment purposes. 7b7b does not guarantee any financial return to any player, and gambling activity should never be regarded as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

Access to and use of the 7b7b Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 7b7b enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and will not knowingly permit any individual under this age to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Personal account: You must be registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on 7b7b. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the 7b7b responsible gaming tools or through any external authority.

7b7b reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport or any other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account, including the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing it. 7b7b makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of its primary target market. 7b7b reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Where a registration is accepted but subsequent information comes to light that would have caused the application to be refused, 7b7b retains the right to close the account at any time.

7b7b supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time at 7b7b's discretion. All account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and the player's account verification status. 7b7b does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7b7b accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 7b7b finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals to mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically completed within minutes of approval, subject to network availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7b7b account holder.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings may be withdrawn.
• 7b7b reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals suspected of being associated with fraudulent activity will be withheld pending investigation. In confirmed cases of fraud, the balance will be forfeited and the account closed.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotional document states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. As a condition of using the 7b7b Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account; providing false or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with 7b7b.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 7b7b operates strict anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live games, poker rooms or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over 7b7b.
• Software exploitation: Using any bot, automated script, artificial intelligence, exploit, cheat engine or other software tool to manipulate game outcomes or gain an advantage not available to regular players.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account on 7b7b, regardless of the purpose. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under 18 years of age.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening or defamatory communication directed at 7b7b staff, support agents or other players via any channel associated with the Platform.

7b7b employs real-time fraud detection systems, manual review processes and third-party verification services to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate account review. During a review, access to funds may be suspended. If the review confirms a violation, the account will be closed and all funds — including any pending withdrawal amounts — will be handled in accordance with applicable law and internal policy.

7b7b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law, a regulatory direction or an internal risk decision.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether as a responsible gaming measure or for any other reason — may do so by contacting the 7b7b support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion tool through the responsible gaming settings will have their account access suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period. During an active self-exclusion, 7b7b will also suppress marketing communications to the affected account. Re-registration during an active exclusion period is prohibited; any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and the relevant balance handled in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

7b7b shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access; interruption of service due to technical maintenance, server issues or events outside 7b7b's reasonable control; inaccuracies in displayed odds or game outcomes that are subsequently corrected; or any decision made by 7b7b in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of implied warranties or liability for certain types of loss, 7b7b's liability in such cases shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and general commercial practice applicable in the context of online gaming services. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 7b7b's internal complaints procedure should be directed to [email protected] for escalation. 7b7b will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
